1. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to all accommodation bookings made via the official website of Villa
Avrelia (owned and operated by Thornhill d.o.o.) using the Rentlio booking engine and Worldline payment
system.
By completing a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and
Conditions.

2. Booking Process
 Booking is done in real time through our booking engine, powered by Rentlio.
 The booking becomes legally binding when you receive a confirmation email from Villa Avrelia.
 All information provided during booking must be accurate and complete.

3. Prices and Payment
 All prices are shown in EUR (€) and include VAT and applicable local taxes, unless otherwise stated.
 Prices are subject to change until the booking is confirmed.
 Payment is securely processed through the Worldline payment gateway.
o Supported methods: credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, TBC)
o Depending on the rate selected, full or partial prepayment may be required.
 Thornhill d.o.o. does not store or process your card details directly.

4. Cancellation and Modification Policy
Cancellation and modification terms depend on the selected rate:
 Standard rate: Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. After that, the full amount may be
charged.
 Non-refundable rate: No refunds for cancellation or no-shows.
 Changes to the reservation (e.g., dates, number of guests) may be subject to availability and price
differences.
Cancellation terms are clearly shown during the booking process and in the confirmation email.

5. Check-In and Check-Out
 Check-in: from 3PM
 Check-out: by 10AM
 Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and may incur additional charges.
Guests must present a valid ID or passport at check-in as required by Slovenian Law.

6. Guest Responsibilities
 Guests are expected to behave respectfully and follow house rules.
 Any damage caused by the guest to the property or its contents may result in additional charges.
 Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments.
 Pets are allowed.

7. Liability
 Thornhill d.o.o. is not liable for:
o Loss or theft of guests’ personal belongings
o Disruptions caused by events beyond our control (e.g., weather, power outages, travel
restrictions)

 We reserve the right to cancel a booking in the event of force majeure or unavailability. A full refund
will be issued in such cases.

8. Personal Data Protection (GDPR)
 We collect and process your personal data (e.g., name, contact details, booking information) solely for
the purpose of managing your reservation and fulfilling legal obligations.
 Payment data is processed by Worldline, a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider.
 Data is handled in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and our [Privacy
Policy].

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia.
Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
